SESSION TOPIC: ‘The Importance of Understanding Parental Rights for Mothers in Prison’

Not Beyond Redemption is a charity that provides Family Law advice and representation to mothers in prison to help them re-establish and maintain contact with their children during and after serving their custodial sentence.

We understand how important it is for mothers in prison to continue to play a role in their children’s lives and be involved in decisions relating to their welfare, where it is in the best interests of the children. The session will shine a light on the difficulties that mothers in prison face accessing Family Law assistance and how important it is that mothers understand their parental rights. 

We will explain to you the service that we offer to support the women throughout their legal journey from the first meeting until they no longer need us. We will also explain to you our referral system and how you can contact us. 

No matter the crime, the family bond still exists.
